All product was obtained directly from Bath & Body Works (BBW) in the Central Ohio area (home to BBW's headquarters, as well as its main distribution and manufacturing operation), is authentic and fresh. 2.) Pictures may contain multiple products for ease of viewing and styling purposes. All items are sold individually unless otherwise indicated (i.e. price is equal to 1 body butter). 3.) The BBW manufacturing and packaging processes are highly inconsistent. Please be aware both (scent characteristics and aspects of packaging) can vary across batches within a single release and/or with release of new/refreshed packaging. Additionally, products will often not include shrink wrapped or sealed caps/lids (vast majority of products will not be sealed). Inconsistencies observed should be directed to your local store or BBW online customer service (including, but not limited to, inquiries, request for return/exchange, and/or communication of product satisfaction), as nature of the items do not allow for return to us or exchange. Purchase implies agreement to these terms. 4.) USPS, UPS and FedEx tracking may not show progress, scans, and updates for several days (no information will be available on occasion). Before reaching out to inquire about status of your package, please check to ensure the expected delivery date provided by Pricetronic has passed by at least 7 business days. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer assistance prior to that time due to guidelines established by each carrier. 5.) Your satisfaction is always our #1 priority! In the rare circumstance of damage to product(s) during shipping, we will resolve the matter quickly. Photos are required to process a refund and must include each and all of the following: (i) 2 photos of the damaged product from 2 different angles; (ii) 2 photos of the parcel's interior packaging; and (iii) 2 photos of the parcel's exterior packaging, one of which must include the affixed shipping label. U nfortunately, we are unable to offer any exceptions to our policy, and a request that does not meet all photo requirements specified above cannot be processed.
